We went to Vienna so that I could apply for my visa in the hopes that I would not be deported. I was very nervous as the mean embassy lady had already yelled and been very angry with me and my situation. I was worried that lady would be there when I applied and that she would be mean to me again. Well, God answered my prayers (and of many who had been praying for us) and when we got to the consulate a very nice man was there. He was impressed that I spoke Czech and was joking around with me making the experience rather enjoyable. I have since been back there and picked up my short-term visa so I am now a legal alien with working privileges. In November we must go back to get my long-term visa...
