spoken gratitude
1. reading books...especially reading outside in the spring air on a sunny day with a glass of iced tea.
2. iced tea
3. waking up at 5 am to birdsong and the sunrise
4. because of the Lord's great love we are not consumed, for His compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. Lamentations 3:22-23
5. gardening; shovelling, raking, sweeping, planting seeds
6. hanging laundry on the line for the first time of the season
7. rediscovering the existentialism of SpongeBob Squarepants
8. an unexpected day off of work. There will be no electricity on Monday morning so the school will be closed!
9. airing our comforters and mattresses in the warm spring sunshine
