I Know I Didn't Sign Up For This

File this under "things I hate"
During our training in Holland we had an evening of "Team Building"...I hate phrases like that because it always involves stupid icebreaker, get to know you, games that are just stupid. And humiliating, as these proved to be. It is hilarious to watch other people play these games, sitting on the sidelines making fun of them as they look stupid, but it is entirely different to be forced against your will to participate in said games knowing that you will hate it and feel totally stupid. The first game pictured is a stupid game where you have a carrot tied around your waist so that it dangles disgustingly between your legs so that you can squat down with the purpose of inserting into a stupid hole. I felt like I would need therapy after this game. It sucked. The next game was a stupid game where you had to hold yourself up by a pair of jeans tied to a tree. It looked like a lynch mob had been by stringing up people who were stupid enough to stand in line to play this game. The next picture shows the worst game because I am still suffering from this game two weeks later. It was the equivalent of bobbing for apples, only it was bobbing for candy and they reused the candy that had been in everyone's stupid mouths. Later on that week so many people were sneezing and coughing and by the end of the conference so many people were full blown sick and as I am typing this to you I am sneezing and feel totally crappy.
