Tatralandia!!!
This is the coolest, hugest aquapark I have ever seen. On day 1 of our trip to Slovakia Dan was to be at work all day. So I and the girls went to a nearby aquapark, Tatralandia, to while away the hours in wholesome family fun. Along with everyone else who lives in Slovakia...I think 5 million to date. We went on 8 waterslides in the course of 6 hours. That is one slide every 45 minutes...pretty good, eh? The weather was cold and rainy which made standing in line for 40 minutes even more invigorating. The slides were really good and fast. Some were a bit scary, and some rubbed the skin off of my elbows and lower back. They also have thermal baths there which consist of pools of really warm , murky, green water. So warm, in fact, that because the weather was so poor, all of the residents of Slovakia (5 million) were in these thermal baths...along with us... it literally was elbow to elbow.
