a few of my favourite things
English Camp
I spent the afternoon painting the nails of the English Camp campers. We had an assembly line spa set up. First, removal of nail polish and cuticles. Second, hand massage. Third, filing. Fourth, sea salt scrub. Fifth, painting. After three hours of nail painting I started to feel vaguely woozy and nauseous. Unfortunately for the male campers, we had set up our spa in the dining hall and concluded painting nails at 2 minutes til 6 when dinner was served. Consequently, for dinner we ate chicken and potatoes a la nail varnish. YUMMY.
NAIL STICKER EMERGENCY!!! The decorative stickers that I had applied to the campers' nails were peeling off thus causing a traffic jam at our "spa". Now I had two lines in front of me, a line for nail painting and a line for nail sticker repair.
